UK Home Delivery: 5-7 working days.
Studio Appointments: Order 7-10 working days prior.
Freshly Washed
All bundles are freshly washed, conditioned, and dried to ensure they are ready to wear immediately.
Final Sale Policy
For health and safety reasons, all sales are final. Please choose your lengths and textures carefully.
Ordering & Delivery
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Studio Appointments: Please order 7-10 working days before your appointment so your bundles can be processed and shipped. Your bundles will be ready, washed and dried for your booking.
UK Home Delivery: Please allow 5-7 working days for orders to be processed and shipped.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we only ship within the UK.
WILL I GET TRACKING?
Yes. Tracking details will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped. Once tracking has been provided, ByRhii Studios is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged parcels. Please contact the courier directly.

WHAT IF I NEED BUNDLES QUICKER?
There is limited stock available at the studio. Bundles in stock will be posted via Instagram Stories.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY BUNDLES?
No. For health and safety reasons, all sales are final. Please make sure you choose the correct lengths and textures before paying.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PAYMENT?
No. Once payment has been made, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
DO YOU WASH THE BUNDLES BEFORE I RECEIVE THEM?
Yes. All bundles are freshly washed, conditioned, and dried if booked with your appointment or shipped within the UK. This is to ensure your bundles are ready to wear as soon as they’re delivered.
